Zeekend Publisher is a dashboard for people who've added Zeekend's sponsored-placement SDK to their own chatbot. This page describes what data we collect through this dashboard, and how we use it.
We use Google Sign-In to authenticate you. When you sign in, Google shares your email address, name, and profile picture with us. We store these to identify your account and personalize the dashboard — nothing more is requested from your Google account, and we never see or store your Google password.
Once you connect the Zeekend SDK, your app reports ad activity to us automatically: when an ad was requested, whether it was shown, which advertiser and headline it was, and whether it was clicked — each with a timestamp.
We never receive or store your end users' chat messages, your AI's replies, or any personal information about the people using your chatbot. The SDK is built specifically to exclude that — it only ever reports which ad was shown, not what was said.
Solely to show you your own dashboard: which of your apps are showing ads, how many, and — where you've linked a real Zeekend Exchange account — what you've actually earned. We also use your session cookie (a random id, not tied to any tracking network) to keep you signed in between visits.
We don't sell, rent, or share your account data with advertisers or any third party. The only outbound call this dashboard makes with your data is to Zeekend Exchange, the ad auction service, to pull your app's real revenue numbers — and only when you've explicitly linked that account yourself.
Your account and its ad activity history are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete an app (and everything tied to it) at any time from the Apps page in your dashboard — that action is immediate and permanent.
Questions about this policy or your data: reach us at the support email shown on your dashboard's sign-in page.
